How Fees and Funding Affect the Estimate

Entry and exit fees are estimated from the respective notional values and fee rates. Funding is approximated from the entered funding rate, settlement count, and an average of entry and exit notional. The net estimate subtracts costs you pay and adds amounts you receive.

For illustration only, a ,000 notional position with a 0.05% entry fee and 0.05% exit fee incurs in estimated trading fees if notional is unchanged. A hypothetical 0.01% funding payment across three settlements on an average ,000 notional adds roughly . Actual funding depends on each settlement rate and position value at that time; fee tiers and maker/taker status vary by venue.
